Howdy, wine drinker.
I’m Jacob from I Want You to Drink More Wine.
Today I’ll be sharing an honest wine review and suggesting a pairing that complements this wine perfectly.
I’m looking forward to today’s pairing because we haven’t done one of these in a long time.
First, let’s go ahead and check out our wine.
Leda Viñas Viejas Tempranillo 2014
We’ve got a Leda 2014 Tempranillo.
This is going to be out of Spain and this is an Old Vines Tempranillo.
I believe it’s going to be about 14.5% alcohol.
And I’m excited because, one, I like Tempranillo–actually I love Tempranillo–and the pairing that we have set up for this is going to be fun.
Let’s go ahead and check it out.
Ashton Symmetry Sublime
We’ve got a cigar today.
Hey, you like a cheeky cigar?
This is an Ashton Symmetry and this is a Sublime.
And it sure is sublime.
Let’s go give it a try with our wine and see how it goes.
That alcohol–get a nice little buzz on the 14.5%.
Delicious flavors of Spain.
Thank you for making such a wonderful wine.
Oh, this is delicious.
Easy pairing with this Ashton Symmetry Sublime.
It’s about $12.99.
You could pick it up in a box.
JR Cigars has them.
I believe it’s $250 for a box.
Your average price might drop.
However, if you’re going to try this wine, Vivino has it–Leda Viñas Viejas Tempranillo 2014.
Vivino rates it at 4.0, which is good average rating.
So for about $30, you have a really nice Saturday evening pairing–wonderful Tempranillo, delicious, smooth smoke.
Let me know what you think.
And until our next video, take care.
