Howdy, wine drinker.
I’m Jacob from I Want You to Drink More Wine.
Today I’ll be sharing an honest wine review and suggesting a pairing that complements this wine perfectly.
Today’s pairing is a simple pairing, an inexpensive pairing, but a delicious one.
We’ve got a French white blanc blend of all different grape varietals with a chicken pairing.
Let’s go ahead and check out our wine.
La Vieille Ferme Blanc 2016
We’ve got a La Vieille Ferme 2016.
It’s going to be a French blanc wine, a bunch of different varietals mixed in.
Very simple wine, but I think it’s going to go really nicely with the pairing we have for you today.
We have a super juicy roasted chicken, full-bore ahead.
Look at that bad boy–easy pairing, delicious, juicy.
Let’s go ahead and pour us a glass, give this wine a try, and see how it goes with our pairing.
Simple wine, nice, inexpensive–I’ll get to that later.
But I think it’ll go nicely with this roasted chicken.
Let’s give it a try.
Juicy Roasted Chicken
So I got a nice little piece.
Mmm, so good, easy.
This will probably go good with any type of chicken, to be honest with you, because it just pairs very nice, very smooth, easy.
A simple recipe, I think this only took about–actually, I know, hour and 15 minutes, roasted.
Get the wine.
Vivino has it.
Guess how much. $7.99.
Inexpensive wine but under $10.
Maybe under $20, you get this wine and the chicken, have a delicious meal.
This chicken will probably last a few days.
I don’t know about the bottle of wine.
Give it a try.
Let me know.
Until our next video, take care.
